The software-as-a-service company Haut.AI has developed the new generative artificial intelligence (AI) program called SkinGPT, according to an article published in Scienmag. The novel SkinGPT technology—designed to simulate the effects of skin-care products through photorealistic imaging and analysis—may be capable of demonstrating the long-term benefits or detriments of using or avoiding various products. Additionally, the technology may boost efforts to educate individuals on the impacts of environmental factors, such as allergens and pollutants, on the skin. Haut.AI hopes that SkinGPT can help individuals, especially those who are younger, understand the significance of preventive skin-care practices, and plans to continue developing and improving AI resources for skin care in the future.
